Chris Harned joined Cypress in 2001 after spending seventeen years with Lehman Brothers, where he was the head of Lehman's global consumer products mergers and acquisitions business. For several years, Chris lived and worked in Europe, leading the development of Lehman Brothers' European consumer franchise. He was also a member of Lehman's Investment Banking Operating Committee. Chris is currently a director of Danka Business Systems. He received a BA from Williams College in 1985.
