Mike Finley has been a principal in The Cypress Group since its formation in April, 1994. Following graduation from business school, he joined Lehman Brothers as an associate working on financings and strategic assignments, becoming part of the merchant banking group a year later. Having worked with three portfolio companies, Williams Scotsman, Lear Corporation and Parisian, Mr. Finley has gained valuable experience in the business services and automotive industries. He currently concentrates on the automotive and aerospace/defense industries. Mr. Finley holds a BA from St. Thomas University and an MBA from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business. He serves as a director of Williams Scotsman.
