Before joining The Cypress Group as an associate in 1996, Mike Kramer was an analyst in investment banking at PaineWebber, Incorporated. After working at Cypress for two years, he took a leave of absence to attend Harvard Business School, where he received an MBA in 1999. Mr. Kramer has completed transactions in the manufacturing, healthcare, leasing and business services industries and currently focuses on the consumer products industry. He received his BA from Harvard College.
