Peter Strothman joined The Cypress Group in February 2002. Immediately prior to joining Cypress, he was an associate at Wellspring Capital Management, specializing in middle-market leveraged acquisitions and turn-arounds. Before this, he held a position as an analyst in the mergers and acquisitions department of Lehman Brothers, where he worked on a variety of consumer and industrial transactions. Mr. Strothman graduated with an AB degree in economics from Harvard University.
